    • To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

3) Replacement Process:

    • Once we receive your request and validate the issue, we will process a replacement for the same item.
    • The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
    • Please allow 7 business days for the replacement item to be processed and shipped.

4) Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for replacement:

    • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
    • Items with clear signs of wear and tear.
    • Any item not in its original condition, missing parts, or with packaging that has been tampered with.
