Preparing for UPSC can often feel like wandering through an endless forest of books and topics. To make the journey more structured and focused, I’m launching Svādhyāya – UPSC Self-Study Program, a 100-day free initiative that brings discipline, clarity, and consistency to your preparation.

🌅 How the Program Works

Daily Reading Targets – Posted at 6 a.m., covering two subjects:

1) One Mains-specific topic

2) One topic common to both Prelims and Mains

  • Daily Questions – Posted at 8 p.m. for answer-writing practice.
  • Notes Provided – Short, crisp, exam-oriented notes to guide your study. (You are encouraged to use your own notes too for deeper understanding.)

📌 First 10 Days Focus

  • For the first segment, we will cover:
  • Ethics (GS Paper IV basics)
  • Modern Indian History (GS Paper I)

📖 Daily Study Rules

1️⃣ Divide Your Day into Study Slots

  • Subject 1 – Reading & Understanding
  • Subject 2 – Reading & Understanding
  • Optional Subject (if applicable)
  • Current Affairs
  • Answer Writing Practice
  • Revision

2️⃣ For Beginners

  • Focus on just one subject target + Current Affairs + Revision per day.
  • Build a strong foundation before juggling multiple subjects.

📝 Method of Study

  • Read the 6 a.m. notes carefully.
  • Complete reading + revision the same day.
  • Attempt the 8 p.m. test to reinforce learning.
  • Always combine our notes + your personal notes for best results.

❓ What If You Join Late?

  • Don’t worry if you’re starting after the official launch. The program is flexible:
  • Join anytime – Just start following from the current day’s target.
  • Catch up later – Previous targets and notes will remain available on the Telegram channel.
  • Two strategies for late joiners: Start fresh with today’s target and gradually backfill older ones during revision. Or begin from Day 1 and move at your own pace.
  • Remember: Consistency matters more than timing.
